We're hiring lead generators who understand the product. Not script-readers. Not lead-list buyers. Real professionals who can identify businesses wasting money on Google Ads and start the conversation.
What We Want
- Experience in SaaS sales, martech, or digital advertising services
- Working knowledge of Google Ads (you can explain Performance Max to a business owner)
- Comfort with AI tools and LLMs (you use them daily, not just talk about them)
- Your own network, referral sources, or proven prospecting playbook
- Track record of generating qualified leads or booking meetings
What We Don't Want
- AI scraping tools, bots, or automated outreach that spam inboxes
- Prepaid cold lead lists that nobody asked for
- "Growth hackers" with no actual lead gen experience
- People who want a base salary and will "figure out sales later"
- Anyone who thinks "AI will do the selling for me"

Business Development Manager
Identify prospects and build relationships. You open doors and generate qualified opportunities — our internal team handles the close.
Lead Generation Specialist
Fill the pipeline with qualified prospects. Research, outreach, and nurture. You find the people who need what we sell and get them talking to us.
Appointment Setter
Get qualified prospects on the calendar. You're the first voice they hear. Your job is to book discovery calls that our closers convert.

Prove Yourself During Probation
Hit your targets consistently and demonstrate that you understand the product, the market, and the customer. We're looking for initiative, consistency, and quality leads — not just volume.
Get Promoted to Closer with Higher Commissions
After your probation period, top performers get offered a full-time role within the company — closing deals directly for significantly higher commissions, plus salary, benefits, and equity. You're not just building a pipeline. You're building ownership in something real.
